The Town of Oakville is very particular with regards to dealing with Builders.   Therefore, the town hasn’t approved many high rise buildings to be built in The Town itself.   Therefore, there is in my opinion limited inventory in Oakville when it comes to high rise condo buildings versus some of the neighbouring towns and cities near Oakville.
