As the town hasn’t approved many high rise buildings to be built in The Town. Therefore, there is in my view limited inventory in Oakville when it comes to high rise condo buildings versus some of the neighbouring cities and towns close to Oakville.
Sometimes builders try to get away with offering prospective purchasers with cheap and not too significant incentives. This is clearly not the case with EMPIRE. I am impressed with this Incentive that they are providing, and I believe more builders should offer great incentives such as EMPIRE is demonstrating here.
