間取りについて考えてみる
快適な暮らしのためには間取りについてもよく考えてみましょう。特に部屋数が多い物件の場合、設計によっては不便を強いられることもあるのです。例えば、部屋と部屋の間にドアがなく、いちいち別の部屋をまたいで移動をしなければいけないケースもあります。他にも、隣人と接する部屋についても注意が必要です。リビングや寝室が隣同士ですと、生活音などが漏れ聞こえて気になるかもしれません。間取りの悪さは生活の不便さに直結しますので、実際の生活をイメージしつつ、問題はないのかよく確認をした方が良いでしょう。

One gentleman I was speaking to last week was a first time condo buyer in Toronto Canada.
