The Town of Oakville is very particular with regards to dealing with Builders. Therefore, the town has not approved many high rise buildings to be built in The Town . Therefore, there is in my opinion limited inventory in Oakville as it comes to high rise condo buildings versus some of the neighbouring towns and cities near Oakville.
